Teatro Chelsea

Teatro Chelsea, located in the heart of Chelsea, celebrates Latinx cultures, showcases and fosters local talent, builds community through arts engagement and collaboration, and provides a hub for Latinx artists in the area. Teatro Chelsea creates theatre at the crossroads of languages, cultures, and histories that make up the Latinx community, and seeks to amplify and honor the voices that speak to these unique experiences. Armando Rivera, part-time artistic director, and the Teatro Chelsea team are using their productions and programs to extend a feeling of safety, belonging, and welcoming to the Latinx families in Chelsea and beyond.
