The Theater Offensive

The Theater Offensive (TTO) is a Boston-based theatrical organization dedicated to amplifying the rich spectrum of LGBTQ voices through storytelling. TTO aims to present the diversity of LGBTQ lives in art so bold it breaks through personal isolation, challenges the status quo, and builds thriving communities. An ArtsAmplified grant of $375,000 will support TTO in the implementation of its OUT in Your Neighborhood: Power and Agility strategic plan. Grant strategies and activities will focus on expanding and fine-tuning signature TTO programs to respond to community need more rapidly and thoroughly, preparing for a 2022 leadership transition, developing a long-term facilities plan, and conducting field‐building activities for the queer cultural sector.
