As Springpoint’s eecutive director, JoEllen Lynch oversees the organization’s work to support the design and launch of new, innovative public high school models. With a focus on positive youth development and student-centered learning, JoEllen directs Springpoint’s partnerships, external relations, and strategy. Under JoEllen’s leadership, Springpoint has partnered with seven school districts, networks, and charter management organizations to design and launch 12 new high schools that will serve more than 6,000 students at capacity.
