Susana Reyes

Program Associate, Arts & Creativity

In her role of program associate, Susana brings a deep commitment to the arts and a range of experience in the arts and beyond. She has held roles with Providence ¡CityArts! for Youth, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Walnut Hill School for the Arts, and more recently, in operations for a construction technology start-up in London, UK.

Susana has strong operational skills and a drive to help teams improve processes. She also has a real commitment to equity and has worked in a number of capacities to increase arts accessibility to communities that may not have been as connected to cultural institutions in the past.

Susana holds a BA in Fine Arts from Los Andes University in Bogota and an MBA from Richmond University in London. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the East-Boston-based organization Center for Cooperative Development and Solidarity (CCDS). In her free time, Susana loves to travel, enjoys creating art, spending time with loved ones in the city or nature, and has a particular ability as a connoisseur of dark chocolate.
