Erica Nunnally
Communications Officer
As communications officer, Erica oversees and facilitates strategic content development to advance Barr’s mission, values, and goals. Additionally, Erica develops communications strategies to support the unique needs of Barr’s core programs and initiatives. As Barr continues to grow, Erica supports communications continuity across the organization.
Prior to joining Barr, Erica worked as an Account Supervisor at McPherson Strategies, a social impact communications strategy firm based in New York. Working across a number of impact areas, Erica aimed to advance narratives that center equity in partnership with her clients including Ford Motor Company Fund, Nike Social & Community Impact, Women’s Philanthropy Institute, and New Profit.
With a dual major in Cognitive Science and Studio Art, Erica earned her bachelor’s degree at Wellesley College. Focusing on interior design and architecture, Erica received her master’s degree at Suffolk University. She lives in Providence, RI with her partner, two daughters, and three cats.
