Danielle Giannone has worked in leadership, team development, training and coaching for over 11 years. In that time, she has advised both for-profit and nonprofit organizations on how to achieve their goals. In her roles as Vice President of Organizational Advising at Pinnacle Leadership and as Team Development and Director of Worldwide Training and Coaching at Grand Circle Corporation, she coached and advised all levels of leadership from the front line to top level executives on six continents.

Her approach is to meet leaders where they are, and work with them through supportive challenge to stretch the bounds of their comfort zone to improve performance. Her core values in work are truth/honesty, integrity, compassion, directness, kindness, balance, and joy/humor.   Her overall leadership development philosophy is that people are remarkable beings that are capable of greatness… they just sometimes need help seeing the opportunities before them.
