In the role of administrative assistant, Kadeajah supports Barr’s Operations and Racial Wealth Equity Initiative teams. Before joining Barr in 2024, Kadeajah spent three years as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Harvard University and prior to that was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of SCS Noonan Scholars (now Thrive Scholars). She is a graduate of Boston College where she majored in Applied Psychology and Human Development with a minor in Sociology.
